Appearance: Well, it would be a bold-faced lie if she told somebody that she thought she was unattractive, because guess what? She didn’t. She had a well-developed sense of self-confidence about herself. Now, that by no means meant she went around acting like she was the Goddess of all things sexy, because she did nothing of the sort. It just boosted her ability to socialize with people, and took away any sense of shyness.
Dori's hair, though it didn't usually stay one color or style, was currently styled just slightly longer than her chin. She had been blonde, brunette, and even tried red hair for awhile. Currently it was very dark, contrasting with pale eyes, but that wouldn't last for long. Side-swept bangs lead toward the right, and it had a somewhat messy appeal to it. However, that could always be because she falls down quite often. The volume of her hair hid two rather small ears, each pierced once. If one were to look close enough, they would see that her left ear was slightly larger than her right ear. That was probably why she never tucked her hair behind her tiny ears. As mentioned before, Dori's eyes were quite pale, and if a color label must be used, they were probably close to blue. Despite that such a dull color of eyes might seem like they belonged to a dull person, that was not true. Whatever color they were, they held quite a bit of passion, because that's how Dori lived her life. With passion. Her nose was regular sized, though it was slightly bulbous on the end. Her lips, full, cheeks, red, everything seemed to be pretty normal with the girl. Her face ended in a rather oval shape, leading down to a particularly long neck.
As dainty as the girl might appear, her hidden body was covered in bruises. Not from some sob-story, but because she was just so clumsy. Scars were also quite common, though small ones. As much as she had fallen down, she had never gotten too hurt. The girl liked to eat, a lot, but it didn't exactly show. She was very thin for her height, and if she could add some curves she would. Her figure was a bit boyish, which was why she liked to dress up when outside of Hogwarts uniform. Dresses and jewelry and heels. She was a bit on the short side, though it was difficult to pinpoint the exact number, seeing how she boosted her height with boots and other high-heeled shoes.

Strengths:
Potions. She is seriously amazing at it. It's something she has been taught since she was a young child, what with the women in her family all being healers.
Helping others. Since birth she has been taught to be kind to everybody, whether or not they were nice to her, so she was more than willing to lend out a helping hand to anybody who asked.
Creativity. Dori is a very creative individual, and she likes to put that to good use wherever it will go.
Weaknesses:
Her balance. She has none. She'll fall down at least three or four times a day. At least she's used to it by now?
Paying attention. For being a Ravenlaw, Dori has a very hard time focusing on something for a long period of time. One tiny difference in her enviroment will steal her attention.
Her kindness. People tend to walk all over her, because she doesn't know how to say no.
Boggart: Losing any of her family members. Failing in school. Being a disappointment. Losing her individuality.
Patronus: Porcupine
Personality: Should a piece of bubblegum ever decide to just up and turn human, it would most likely create a being like Dori. She did not bear any physical attributes that could be compared to the chewing candy, but personality-wise? It was all there. For start, she was very pink, or girly. Hold that against her if you must, but she was quite proud of her gender. She loved to shop, and when she was younger she was always raiding her mother’s clothes. None of that changed when she went off to Hogwarts. In fact, it rather blossomed from there. She was very bubbly as well, always with a smile on her face. When she was a good mood, she wanted everybody to be in a good mood, and she just couldn’t resist trying to cheer somebody up. That didn’t mean that she never got sad, it was just that she had a very good coping method of her emotions that didn’t include bottling them up. That could never turn out well. Sometimes her cheeriness got a little overbearing, and sometimes people just couldn’t handle how happy she was, but guess what? She could live with that.
A lot of people questioned her placement in Ravenclaw, and she never understood that. The part that she didn’t piece together was that people perceived her clumsiness as stupidity. She was, without question, the person that should be least trusted with an expensive glass vase. Was that because she was some horrible thief waiting to sell it in the dark corners of Hogsmeade? Uhm, no. It was actually because nine times out of ten, that glass vase would be shattered all over the ground. Whoops. She really couldn’t help her butterfingers. It was as if she had been cursed. Well, she wished it was a curse, but it really was just a lack of balance. Did this in any way make her stupid? Of course not. She found herself to be quite intelligent.
So yes, she prided herself on her intelligence, and hated the fact that she was always dropping things, but there was much more to Miss Baille. She was not shy, as she loved to socialize, it came with the bubbly personality package, but she did have a tendency to get quite scared, quite easily. She was extremely loyal to her friends, but when it came to the people that she didn’t know, it would be a lie to say that she told the truth all the time. Nobody did. She was also completely dedicated to her studies, and enjoyed reading most of the time. Oh. And her favorite color was indigo. Random. Coming from a semi-wealthy family, she was used to a certain way of life, and while she was a bit spoiled, it was very rare that she acted snobbish.

Father: Quinn Baille [former Ravenclaw] - works with dragons for the Ministry
Mother: Adrianna Lovett-Baille [former Ravenclaw] - is a healer
Siblings: None
Other Family: Paternal Grandparents: Donovan and Isolde Baille [former Slytherins]
Maternal Grandparents: Wilbur and Gertrude [former Ravencalws]
Uncles: Charlie, William, and Victor [former Ravenclaws]
History: Adrianna Lovett, the single daughter of Gertrude and Wilbur Lovett, grew up with three brothers; Charlie, William and Victor. While Wilbur was a muggle, and Gertrude a witch, all three children showed signs of magic, and all of them were placed in the house of Ravenclaw. Adrianna was no exception, and she was expected to thrive in Hogwarts, and carry on her mother’s claim to fame as a healer. She did do just that, but there came a time when she was attending Hogwarts that she began to struggle. Once Adrianna hit puberty, she became careless in her studies, and more interested in boys. It wasn’t anything out of the ordinary, until she let her grades slip down a very steep slope. It was in Charms that she was doing her worst, but every cloud has a silver lining, right?
Quinn Baille, a very passionate boy, son of Donovan and Isolde Baille, was surprisingly sorted into Ravenclaw. The Bailles weren’t exactly known for their extreme wit, seeing how his father's side of the family were Hufflepuffs. Isolde’s side of the family were usually placed in Slytherin including their daughter, but she wasn’t as witty as the rest of her family. Quinn had no brothers or sisters, so he set out to focus purely on his studies. Then, rather fatefully, he was instructed by his Charms teacher to tutor a fellow Ravenclaw who had lost focus on her studies.
Quinn and Adrianna, they spent quite a bit of time together, and after a few months of tutoring, they began to date. Both sets of parents approved of their son and daughter’s choice of a significant other. They were destined to be together, and while every couple has its rough spots, the two finished Hogwarts together, and within another two years they were wed. Approximately nine months after the wedding, a little blonde baby girl was born. One who rarely cried, and always had a smile on her face. She was dubbed Dooriya Evie Baille. The only female descendent of her family. Uncle Charlie and William both had sons, and Victor wasn’t the type to settle down, so it appeared that she was stay that way. This led to the upmost spoiling from Isolde and Wilbur. Grandma Gertrude did not believe in spoiling a child, and Grandpa Don was severely disappointed in the fact that his only son had not produced a male heir. So he avoided the family. No big deal.
Dori was raised as a slightly privileged child, but her parents weren’t as generous as two of her grandparents. She was expected to do her chores, and she was paid an allowance. Her life was quite normal. The family had a house gnome named Missy who Dori fancied dressing up and parading around, but the family was extremely nice to the gnome. Quinn’s work was unknown to his family, save for the fact that he worked with dragons. The burns made it quite difficult to hide. He was actually a dragon keeper, and a strict hater of the executioners of dangerous animals, in fact, he wasn’t too found of the Ministry as a whole. He sold eggs only to those who he examined and approved of to be able to take care of such majestic creatures, and he had a tendency to frequent Knockturn Alley, and watch for illegal dragon egg trading. Despite his dislike of the Ministry, he always alerted them of these illegal transactions.
When Dori turned 11, she received the expected owl from Hogwarts, and then she was on her merry way. Her family expects high marks out of her, as she was sorted into Ravenclaw, but other then that, she is encouraged to go on and be whatever she wants to be.

RP Sample: To call Dori some sort of rebel would be, well, laughable. She was no rebel, no matter how hard she might've tried [of course she -didn't- try because she didn't want people to get that impression of her]. However, the girl did have a tendency to sneak out after others had retired to their common rooms, or even to bed. This wasn't to create some label for her, but rather because not always was the girl who liked to socialize, such a social butterfly. Sometimes she needed alone time, and while she would never admit it, where did she find herself only minutes after the Ravenclaw students had returned to the common room? Outside. In the cold. By herself.
Interesting scenario. As usual, Mr. Kitty Fantastico had accompanied his owner out onto the grounds. As mentioned before, Dori was seeking a bit of unannounced alone time, but she never counted her beloved companion from making her feel claustrophobic. In fact, the kitten had a tendency to follow her to just about every except for her classes. He had even been known to sneak in her bag down for breakfast so that he could scrape up some table scraps.
Because it was quite chilly outside, and Dori hadn't bothered to change out of her class robes, she -had- to grab her winter coat. Otherwise, there was a strong possibility that the blonde freezing to death in the cold. So, with the faux white fur coat keeping her body warm, she ventured out into the night. The lake was her favorite place to visit on these nightly expiditions, because she would swear that she could hear the squid from time to time. As that might have made a lot of people uncomfortable, she found it somewhat relaxing. What an entirely odd girl.
Once reaching her destination, Dori reached into the coat's pocket and removed a small tin box. From within the box, she removed a cigarette. Oooh, she's a rebel times two. Not really, it's just that she had picked up a few bad habits throughout her years at Hogwarts, and smoking just so happened to be one of him. Placing it in her mouth, she reached for her wand and lifted it to the tip of the smoke. "Incendio." A faint whisper escaped her as the tip lit up, leading Dori to take a deep inhale.
Puff, puff, puff. Now, if she were really trying to masquerade as some sort of bad-ass, then why was she being ever-so careful of hiding the little fiery flare? Ah-ha. Perhaps she wasn't really trying to look that way. Which, truth be told, was the case. Anyway, as terrible as the girl was at Astronomy [mind you, that's the only class she's bad at; she is a ravenclaw after all], who could deny the beauty of the stars? Putting her hood up, so that it would act of a pillow of sorts, she positioned herself comfortably on the ground so that she could watch them. Might as well look at something while she was out there. As she lay on the ground, Mr. Kitty Fantastico also found himself a comfortable spot to lay, which was smack-dab on Dori's stomach.
