Welcome to Blacksville, Indiana. A new testing ground for the government. No, the people themselves are not the victoms, the town is... and, well, the people in it are just along for the ride. The people are generally freaks. People who didn't fit in well with the rest of the world, were told about this town, where they might find a nice home. Surprisingly, 100 of these people came to live here either alone or with their families, and are now just guina pigs to the government.
Of course, they don't know that.

In the year 1942, a small town called Blacksville was created. To the public eye, Blacksville looked like a normal, cute little town. However, that's only what the goverment wanted us to think. Doing more and more dangerous tests in and around it, they had to take Blacksville off of the map, so it 'didn't exist' anymore. The people in Blacksville stayed in Blacksville, and no one new came in... ever. In fact, no one was allowed within a 100 mile radius of the town itself, that's how far out it was.

You see, Blacksville was a testing town. Once the population of the town reached 100 people, they stopped allowing people to move into the town... or exit. Completely unaware, Blacksville was the subject of many tests for the government; starting in the year 2000, those tests got more and more dangerous. Now, in the year 2008, the biggest test yet occured. A time-warp. Skipping ahead forty years into the future, the people of Blacksville stayed the same, but the weather and whole setting around them changed.

People of the earth had polluted the earth itself so badly, that they'd forced it into an almost second-iceage. Though Blacksville would normally be a warm town, even in the winter, it was now reaching the climate of regions much, much higher up, closer to the North Pole. Through the sudden change in temperature, what will happen to the people of Blacksville? Will they survive, find out what's happening? Or will they be all die out before they can find a way to reach the government and find a way back?
