It was afternoon, and the classes had just ended. Severus had got a lot of homework and he wasn't happy about it. He felt like crap when he walked from class and in the common room. He had to clear his mind, but how? He really didn't wanted to go outside the common room. He threw his bag and sat down in a chair. His school uniform was very loose on him, he had lost some weight, just because he didn't ate so much.
Severus sat down in the chair and just thought. About Lily, about "The Marauders", about life... About his mother. He wasn't happy, and he looked forward to finish Hogwarts.
Sev nodded at some people he knew, that entered the common room, but most of them laughed at him or just smiled extremely big, such as it looked like they laughed. That made Sev sad, but then again, he didn't have any friends, so he couldn't loose anything.

Reggie wasn't really one for going to lessons. So he hadn't gone to any that afternoon. Instead he'd spent his time annoying the first years who were looking at the magical salamanders in the wet grounds. The fun you could have with a salamander. Especially since Reggie had a rather odd liking for fire. A young pyromaniac if there ever was one, but he didn't care. He was meant to be crazy, he was a Black after all. The sixteen year old slytherin climbed into the entrance of the commen room. It was still empty at the moment, but it was a good hour or so before any lessons finished.
He stretched out in one of the chairs, putting his legs up on the table in front of the fire. Well, the grate. It was empty at the moment and he wasn't keen on black fire. He pulled his wand from his back pocket and sent a blue flame into the grate. The sparks coming off were a bright sapphire. He smiled slightly, the shadows dancing off his high cheekbones. He leant back in the chair. He'd changed out of his robes before lunch. He prefered to go around in jeans than his robes, they were much more comfortable in his opinion. As soon as he'd finished any lesson he intended to go to, he changed immediately. He ran a hand through his black hair.
As people starting wandering through the commen room entrance he glanced up. Most of them he didn't really care about. None of them were interesting, and it didn't take much to interest young Reggie. He ran his wand through his long fingers, letting his mind run over the day. It wasn't a day he was going to remember for what had happened so far, since nothing had happened. The entrance opened again and he glanced up. Someone he actually did care about entered, Sev. He took his feet off the table and stood up, glancing back at the merily crackling blue flames in the grate. He walked over to Sev, his hands shoved in his pockets. "You look like you've had a rough day." He commented, leaning against the back of Sev's chair. He was very blunt, was Reggie, he said exactly what he thought to anyone.

Suddenly a voice spoke, and Sev knew it way too good. It was Regulus. The good Black. Severus smiled and looked at him. "I didn't saw you, Reg." Was all he said to start with and then he stretched and yawned. "But you are quite right. These days are rough. I need sleep. I stay up half the night to complete my homework. That really can't be healthy.." He said, shrugging his head.
Sev yawned again and closed his eyes for a second. Opened them again and looked into the fire. "I've talked to Lily the other day. But I am not sure if she forgave me." He said. Reggie knew about his problems with Lily Evans.

"I didn't see you, Reg."
Reggie smiled. He moved around Sev's chair and plonked himself into a spare one that faced Sev's He put his feet up on the arm of Sev's chair, leaning back with his hands behind his head. A picture of ease. That's what he was, he was really lazy when it came to work and worrying was something he left to other people. He didn't have time for it. He much prefered to let the world turn and he'd get caught up when he felt appropriate. It usually involved Sirius in some way, oh it was a lot of fun. "Most people don't until its too late." He replied with a grin, crossing his legs at the ankle.
"But you are quite right. These days are rough. I need sleep. I stay up half the night to complete my homework. That really can't be healthy.."
Reggie laughed. He never did any work that he didn't have it. It made everything so much easier, if he needed to learn something he would. He was a bright kid, if mildly lazy. "What's the point? Just don't do it, I don't and I turned out alright." He said with a indifferent shrug. In his eyes he had turned out really rather well. Considering his family, he was turning out well. He didn't have an obsession with killing people as Bellatrix seemed to have. He was just mildly odd, rather than totally insane.
"I've talked to Lily the other day. But I am not sure if she forgave me."
Ah, this again. Reggie raised his eyebrows, listening intently. "Not sure? What happened?" He asked. If he wasn't sure then that usually meant that something bad had happened, and he was all up for listening to stories like that. Really he didn't mind listening to other peoples troubles. He had very little of his own it made it interesting to know all the gossip of the school. And when in the commenroom you couldn't help but overhear a hell of a lot of trivial gossip.
