IT'S THE YEAR 2058 and the world has grown and progressed as much as human imagination can imagine, however the city we visit still has the feeling of old sixteenth century. With the ruins of an old king's castle, and a street racing with evil magick, and red knights on red horses racing the streets.
The city is home to an ancient magician king, who comes forth in hundreds of ways. A tree seeming to bleed blood, a red knight, and his descendants. For you see, the magician king---
the endowed are all descended from the ten children of the red king, a magician king who left africa in the twelfth century, accompanied by three leapords. he built his castle in a city in britain after marrying berenice.
the red king left his family and castle, the eve of his wife's death as was tradition for the men. when he came back from his grieving period, he found his castle at ruins and empty, and his children at war. for you see, each of his children had inherited his powers in some form or another, and they were using that amongst each other.
borlath could first hypnotise, that later disappeared to turn into fire.
amadis could communicate with animals.
lilith was magnetic. to both items and people.
guanhamara was a gentle girl whose powers would later, in centuries, be transformed into illusion and remembering, refeeling anything one wears that has been worn by another.
petrello could control the weather, including the tides, fog and storms.
tolemeo, while unknown what his was, was most likely a shapeshifter .
cafall the changer .
amoret could picture travel .
ashamed and distressed about what had become of his children, the king called upon his friend-- another magician-- and his three leopards. and with their help, the old and grieving king turned himself into a tree in the very heart of his castle ruins. and with that, his leopards were no longer the great majestic creatures but three flame colored cats who would help the children of the "good" in centuries to come.
even with the king's "death", the war continued. until borath obtained the castle of his dreams that killed the rest of his family. yet, however, even though the children that fled and were "good" had died--their children had not. for before they could all die, they each had obtained heirs and heirs to their powers.
fifty years ago, in our time, a group of ten fought the war their ancestors started--and the one that had been going for centuries beyond-- the war had turned out, large and abrupt. worse then it'd been in years, endowed had died and innocents too. and then it was gone with a shadow's disappearance.
however, the school that these children went to still stands. the ruins of a castle still tormenting the area, an eirree disposition. yet the endowed still flock, and more then before. with the disappearance of the Bloor's--- the original hand-- the school seems a kinder air. While the rules are still as strict as ever : no talking in the entrance hall, without your cloak detention it is, more kids from around the world have decided to grace it's presence.
these children however aren't there just for the departments of art, drama and music. no, the flocking children are descendants of both good and bad of the red king, and each with powers. the town is a magnet for all of them, for their origins begin there, their powers strengthen there, and their connection is strong. the good and evil sit side by side amongst each other there now, some dating and getting along but the war still stands. the tension high. and as a figure not seen since the last epic battle, the red knight, returns to the scene. one knows something will soon be happening. yet this time, it seems it will affect both sides in a devestating air.
what will become of the regular students, the unendowed, at Bloor's academy? the surrounding city? and the children of the red king themselves?[/sup]
