Plot idea made by: E.J. Character relating to plot: •• caradoc ______ dearborn seventh year ••______ ______ cuffe fifth year •• barnabas ______ cuffe fifth year The plot:
Cuffe (female) was considered a great student by her professors. She never spoke up too much, as she was quite shy, and she earned perfect marks since her first year. Beyond that, though, she'd never made much of a splash. She was a naturally quiet and introverted person by nature, and she was almost scarce in appearance. Not unhealthy, just small. She had friends, sure, but she was never looking to make a scene or anything. But she also had a serious case of teenage girl syndrome. The current target of her daydreams was a certain Caradoc Dearborn.
Caradoc was another story entirely. He barely glided through his six years of schooling and often found himself in trouble due to his strange schemes and ideas. Cuffe (female) first "met" Caradoc during one of them, in fact. It was the debacle during his sixth year that involved riding a magically propelled shield across the snowy grounds of Hogwarts. ...He was a character, alright. So why would a girl that was clearly his total opposite be attracted to him? She considered it his "spice of life". It was exactly what others referred to as "stupidity". Call her naive. The problem was that Cuffe (female) was too shy to make prolonged contact with her crush. As such, he barely knew her.
She was really too shy to approach him until Christmas, at which she made him a scarf. He flipped out. He thought it was the most thoughtful thing anyone had ever done (though he might have just been getting caught up in the season). That's when things flipped. The first thing that Caradoc did when he saw the young woman was to pull her into a kiss. Oh, what an impulsive young man. From that point on, things changed. While Caradoc had become interested in relentlessly pursuing Cuffe (female), she had become nervous. It's not that her feelings had completely disappeared, but she was confused and a bit scared of what was before her. Now Caradoc was the one going after Cuffe (female).
Enter Barnabas. He was always protective of his twin sister. Ever since hearing of her schoolgirl crush, he'd disapproved. To him, Caradoc seemed like nothing more than a dropout-to-be. He was totally against the whole thing, assuming that it would pass. But when the Christmas incident occurred, Barnabas grew a bit nervous. It's difficult to say what could happen with the relationship between Cuffe (female) and Caradoc at this point, but Barnabas is sure as hell going to do his best to stop it.
At the point where this site is in the year (September, if I'm not mistaken?), this sub-plot would currently be at the point before the scarf was given as a Christmas gift.
