In 2032 a Y bomb created by American Scientists was dropped on the Middle East. Unfortunately things went awry. The quick spreading virus that had been in development for years and years had spread so fast and so aggressively those who created it were so sure there was no flaws there was no time to plan no time to even blink before it made its way back to American soil. There was no time to do anything. And in turn 85 percent of the Worlds male population was wiped out. There were those left that were unaffected,
The animosity between men and women grew greater and greater. The genders were split. Women claiming that men were dangerous creatures full of violence and anger and that if it weren’t for them leading the government this would have never happened. Men countering that it was female scientists who created this Y chromosome attacking virus and it was their fault that they had been put into this situation. America was almost like a third world country. Cut off from other countries, the government falling apart, and the sexes battling each other.
There were neutral parties, men and woman that thought this battle was ridicules. It was the failings of the human race in general that had caused this to happen and they were intent to clean it up. But how would they do it? How would they end this horrendous situation? With the Government and American leaders falling to their knees and very few men left they knew they had to rebuild. The Neutral party took over the Government offices. They took over the rule of the people. And there was no fighting it, the two sides had been too busy battling each other to really take a look at what was going on.
Now the Government has set a law in place. The human species would soon die out with the few remaining men and the women having nothing to do with each other they had to act fast. They passed a marriage law. The Government would be picking out your spouse and you were required to marry. The penalty for disobey being death.
So don't sell your heart because it's already taken.
