A Quick Introduction

The Pensieve was a site that had been going well for over two years, but as with all good sites, it came to an end. However, the admins and members that remained, wanted to do something to bring this site back and so they created another site starting at the beginning of the Marauders lives outside of Hogwarts.

It's going slowly at the moment and so yours truly is taking on the philosophy of 'Advertise, advertise, advertise' to get the site going strongly, to increase the member count and to have fun, active Role Plays that everyone wants to join in. Only thing is, I can't do it on my own, nor can the other admins. We need plenty of new members to freshen the place up, build relationships with the canon's we have and other new members.

To me, it's a fun place to be with plenty of RP friction and great members to chat with in the Cbox and OOC area. All the members are welcoming and encouraging, dotted all around the globe so usually, there's always someone on to chat too, and if there's not, the Cbox is a fun place to leave messages.

Basically, this site is a site that the current members are dedicated to keep alive and we want for nothing more than for new members, passionate about RPing to join us, plotting the lives of the marauders no matter how smooth or bumpy their journeys may be.

We look back into the Pensieve to the events surrounding the Marauders in the year 1978. Lord Voldemort is on the rise and Dumbledore’s Order of the Phoenix is in place to work against his forces, but for the first time in years the four good friends and many of their loved ones are away from the protection offered at Hogwarts and find themselves at the beginning of the most dangerous war the wizarding world had seen for centuries. So called mudbloods, muggles and any blood traitor who sides with them are in danger as the Death Eaters set out to bring the Dark Lord’s ideals into their society.
