Well, guys, Cissa finally got her final blow - lol- she can't do this alone, so she needs your help. Well.. i need your help. I'm going on a search for co-admins. Their tasks will be the same as mine, approving applications, finding new members, advertising, organising the boards and whatever other stuff you can think off. Now, first of all, those who want to become staff, should consider that they have to be very active, else the position can be scrapped.

experience with being a staff-member I ran my own successful site for about a year and eight months before shutting it down due to lack of co-staff.
what can you do? (e.g. skins, graphics,...) I'm pretty good at organization, basically all the grunt work like moving old threads, updating face claims and canon lists - sort of the basic stuff to keep things neat and righty-tighty. Admittedly, I'm horrid with graphics and skins, I would be of no help in that department. Basically I can do any grunt work/clean up jobs that are needed.
why do you want to be staff? Because I love this site! Also because it will give me something productive to do on here instead of spamming up the boards =p.
Why should we chose you? Well, I'm pretty much OCD about the aforementioned areas of organization anyway, so it's not like I'll be slacking off. Plus, once again, I love the site, it's not like I'm going to sabotage is or something just as weird haha.

experience with being a staff-member Co-Admin of a site more than 1000 members strong for over a year, until I was booted by a bad egg in the staff for being inactive due to a chest infection.
what can you do? (e.g. skins, graphics,...) Advertise like mad, Update lists, [the character count sheet is driving me nuts =P] organize boards, approve characters, and help new members. I'm still only learning graphics and such, so I wouldn' be much help there, but I could try.
why do you want to be staff? This site is wickedluv, and I don't want it to die. I'm also in dire need of something to do. I've already been advertising all morning, due to that need.
Why should we chose you? I'm made of awesome and everything that awesome brings with it. I do my best to be helpful, I'm active, I actually enjoy the part of admining that involves dealing with new people, and even if I can't do something [graphics, etc.] I'll try anyways, although it might not turn out all that well.
