Twenty years have passed since the "Boy who lived" defeated the Dark Lord. Twenty years of peace in the wizarding world. Minerva McGonagall served wisely and well as the headmistress of Hogwarts until she died peacefully in her sleep recently. The school was taken over by her deputy headmaster, a fair but firm professor; although the new headmaster has had business to tend to and hasn’t even started his duties yet. With the lack of a headmaster and the teacher’s shortage running high, a dark being has decided to take its chance, in the time of Hogwarts being at its weakest. Student deaths have occurred across campus, the number is rising and the bodies are being discovered around the school. It appears these horrid acts are derived from the same being who unleashed creatures upon the school weeks ago. At this rate, the Ministry is deciding whether or not to take action and shut them down; its unsure if the school will even make it through the semester.
