Appearance:
Genevieve is one of those girls who has always hated her appearance from the moment she knew what it meant to be pretty. At the muggle school she was teased for her 'carrot top' red hair, which now at fifteen falls around her face in soft waves, the fringe that she had in the fourth year now pushed to the side. Her eyes are large and 'doe like', green with flecks of blue; outlined with eyelashes so fair that you can barely see them. Her nose is the part that she hates the most, it is wider that what Gen considers 'normal' and sticks out a fair distance from her face. Under this nose are Gen's lips, the bottom lip is fuller than the top sit on the the more narrow end of her face.
All over Gen's skin are freckles, mostly on her arms and face and are in contrast to her pale skin which makes them more noticable. Gen has always had a very small frame, she has always been thin and doesn't seem to have an ounce of fat on her. She doesn't have any curves, no boobs or hips but she does have pretty large feet and hands for a girl of her size.

Personality:
SENSITIVE, EMOTIONAL
Genevieve wears her heart on her sleeve, she cannot conceal emotion or feel something that she doesn't, she can try and feign it by smiling but she's a terrible liar. Gen allows things to effect her pretty badly and will take any comment straight to heart. Silly things can upset Gen very easily as can very tiny things make her laugh like a loony. Genevieve's life is ruled by her emotions, she works around how she feels meaning that she sometimes doesn't make the most practical or logical of choices. Being so sensitive makes Gen vunerable and seem younger than her years so people are more prone to feel as though they need to protect her.
SMART, BRIGHT
Genevieve has always been a very bright little girl, from a very early age she was curious about the things around her and was always asking questions. Gen has always enjoyed learning and her good memory means she can retain even the most random pieces of information. Her love of learning means that she is commited in class and although she achieves some of the highest grades in the class her nerves and shyness mean she is unwilling to share her knowledge and contribute to the class. Unlike most her age Genenvieve enjoys studying and homework, she is not the sort to leave it to the last minuet but does it almost the moment she recieves because knowing she has it done puts her mind at ease and makes her feel as though she has achieved something. Being smart is Gen's thing, it gives her a purpose at Hogwarts.
NERVOUS, SHY
Gen doesn't have a big personality, she isn't loud or crazy, she doesn't have the need to make her opinions known and she cowers away from confrontantion like a mouse. She never wants to make a scene and hates beinf the center of attention. Gen hates meeting new people because she is always so nervous of what they will think of her and what thet might say. Gen is not confident in herself so it makes sense that she isn't around others, and her tiny little voice ends up going unheard as it is trampled on by the much bigger ones. Gen is scared of making a fool of herself so she is always very cautious about her actions, it is fair to say that Gen is embarassed of who she is and has never been comfortable in her skin.
WELL BEHAVED, POLITE
Gen does not break the rules, in fact that is one of the things she fears. Genevieve hates being told off and dentention is her worst nightmare. Gen is much to afraid to do anything 'wrong', she finds that her whol body almost shuts down when the even the smallest idea of doing something against the rules is entertained. Gen is afraid of the consequences, and having never broken the rules is afraid of what might happen to her. Especially since in her first year a seventh year told her that if she broke a rule Flich would hang her from her thumbs in the dungeons. Therefore Gen never does anything wrong, she is never naughty or rude and is polite and well mannered to everyone.
ENDEARING, LOVING
Gen has a very big heart and has lots of love to give, she cares very much about those around her and is a very affection person once you get to know her well. She is always showing those she loves how much they mean to her with little tokens which make her such an endearing character.

Father: Thomas Cuffe, Curse Breaker
Mother: Melissa Cuffe (nee Derrick), Artist
Siblings: Twin brother Barbnabas
Other Family: n/a
History:
At 00: 05 on January 1st Barnabas and Genevieve Cuffe were born, they had made it into 1961 by just five minutes and these two tiny little babies were the best New Year's present Thomas and his wife Melissa could have asked for. At the time of the twins birth the couple had been living in India, due to Thomas' job as a Curse Breaker. The family lived in India for six months before Thomas was reloacted to Eygpt. This is where the children spent most of their childhood, they were home schooled by their mother who taught them the basics of muggle education (being a muggle themselves) and therefore the children had very little interaction with other kids. Living in a very remote part of Eygpt Genevieve and her brother rarely met any new people and so each other and their parents were the only company they had.
When Genevieve was eight she contracted waterbone disease, and was treated by medi witches in the area. Gen was ill for about six months and was able to live the house. As soon as Gen was better Thomas asked to be relocated back to England where he could take up a desk job a Gringotts. It was not what Thomas wanted but after Gen was taken ill Melissa was keen to get out of Eygpt. One back in England Melissa thought it beneficial to put Genevieve and Barnabas into a muggle primary school. Although it was as though Gen had been thrown in the deep end she pick things up quickly and soon became one of the best students in the class. However the other children thought she was strange because on one occasion as she was reachig out for a pot of colouring pens she made them move without touching them other starnge things just like that happened when Gen was around. And they also teased her about the way she looked. Gen tried to ignore them by throwing herself into her work and never told anyone about the bullying.
In her last year at primary school everyone in her class was preparing to make the move to the local secondary school, well everyone except Gen and her brother. They were both expecting their letters from Hogwarts, the school that their father had gone too. Half way durring their summer holidays two owls arrived with their acceptance letter, Gen couldn't wait to be with people like herself and it meant no more boring lessons like maths and science! Gen was luckier than most children going to Hogwarts because she had her brother and they could look out for each other. They sat together on the train and shared their compartment and the boat over to the school with another girl and boy named Josie and Matt.
Barnabas and Genevieve expected that they would be put in the same house because they were twins, but they were very different people so Barney was put in Gryffindor just like their dad and Gen was sorted into Ravenclaw. For the first few weeks Gen was lost without her brother but she soon made a few close friends and she wasn't so alone anymore. Gen found that she took to the lessons very easily and enjoyed the work, she was always much to scared to put her hand up because she didn't want all eyes on her but she achieved good grades. Gen's years at Hogwarts have been uneventful due to the fact that she has kept her head down and got on with things quietly.
In her fourth year she began to notice a boy in her brother's house, two years above herself, Caradoc Dearborn. She developed a school girl crush and told no one about it but her brother and best friend. Her brother didn't seem too pleased but he had always been protective of her. During the winter of the fourth year she actually came into contact with Caradoc when he nearly sent her flying as he sped past on a charmed shield. Since then Gen has been determined to talk to him, but whenever he is near she just freezes up. She knows that he doesn't even know that she exsists, especially as it is his last year and she may never see him again.

RP Sample: my character Jasmine Efron of Beating Heart Baby!
Jasmine was somewhat a shopaholic, she didn't seem like the type per say but once she got started the only thing that would stop her would be lack of money. Jasmine loved clothes, shoes, bags and acessories with a passion, at the moment she was loving bowler hats. She owned about three and was wearing one of them now. Jake asked her the other day why exactly she needed three and she just said 'why not?'. Her look might not be bang on trend but Jazzi wasn't a slave to fashion, she wore what she liked and what felt good and if it set her apart from the crowd then it was even better.
Today Jazzi was looking for a pair of converse trainers, well she need not look any further because they were in the window staring back at her. There were your typical converses, black with pink piping. Jazzi had a pair just like them but the sole had been peeling away and water was soaked up through them in a matter of seconds which left her feet cold and uncomfortable. Jazzi had loved them so much that she refused to get rid of them, when her mom remarked on the scruffiness of her shoes she explained to her how these shoes had been through a lot with her, they were like friends and she couldn't get get rid of them. But finally, and much to her mom's pleasure, she had admitted defeat and so here she was to buy the replacements.
She was about to go inside the shop when something caught her eyes, she moved closer to the window to see a pair of converse covered in silver sequins. She gasped lightly and hadto resist the urge to press herself up against the glass. These were the shoes. She knew it. Jazzi was in love. All thoughts of the old scruffy black pair had left her head, she had to have these shoes. With these shoes she knew she would be happy, so they weren't exactly pratical and sure, they would attract a fair bit of attention but Jazzi was one of those people who just couldn't resist anything glittery.
It was then that she heard her name being called out, for a second she didn't recognise the voice and wondered if it was actually her the shout was directed, but how many people were called Jazzi? When she looked up she just saw a crowd of people, none of which looked like they had just shouted at her. Then she saw one person steaming through the crowd, despite the big sunglass they were wearing she knew who it was instantly. Evangeline Wentz, not only her best friend but it was a known fact that Eva was a brillant person to shop with. Jazzi knew she would have to get Eva's opinion on the shoes before she bought them and she ran over to meet her friend and greet her with a big hug. "Eva! I thought you were filming today!"
